For new clients:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow ample time to complete a brief intake form and to discuss your health history and massage preferences with me. Doing so will help me better understand your needs, any medical conditions or concerns you may have, and any specific areas of tension or discomfort you would like us to focus on during your massage session.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. I understand emergencies may arise, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

• Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the massage process. I want you to feel comfortable and informed throughout your experience with me.
